Our in house navigation algorithms use a LIDAR sensor mounted on a servo-gimballed platform for optimal flight path accuracy in indoor environments.
What this translates into is safe indoor GPS-less flight in any indoor environments that is not only effective enough to solve industrial problems, but be cost efficient as well.
TWIN PROPULSION
Given the risks associated with indoor flight, we wanted to be sure that our UAV would be airworthy even after a failure of 4 motors from unforeseen accidents caused by external factors.
With 8 motors as propulsion and failsafe scenarios smartly governed by the on board flight computer, the BL - 068 is superior to other indoor UAVs in more than just flight performance.
